Shipping Policy

At CNS Wellness, a division of CNS Ayurveda Chikitsalayam Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your authentic Ayurvedic products safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery processes, timelines, and related terms. By placing an order on www.cnswellness.in, you agree to the terms described below.

1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Shipping is available pan-India through our trusted courier partners.
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional transit time or may not be deliverable; you will be notified at checkout.
  • For bulk or wholesale orders, please reach out to us directly for custom shipping arrangements.

2 Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within the following timeframes:

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on a working day, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any significant delays via email or SMS.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

3 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are our estimated delivery windows:

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, and delivery location, and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above a specified minimum order value (as indicated on the website and subject to change).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or cancellation is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product shipped).
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, an additional handling fee may apply.

5 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided or by visiting the courier partner's website with your consignment number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier's platform after dispatch.
  • You can also log in to your CNS Wellness account on our website to view order status and tracking updates.
  • For any tracking-related queries, please contact us with your order ID and we will assist you promptly.

6 Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 2–3 attempts, the package will be returned to our facility.
  • In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • CNS Wellness is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses provided at the time of ordering.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate before confirming your order.

7 Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Orders

We take utmost care in packaging your Ayurvedic products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you experience any of the following, please follow the steps below:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging: Do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package and notify us within 48 hours with photographs and your order details.
  • Product damaged after delivery: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Missing or incorrect items: Report within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and dispatch the correct items or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

Claims reported beyond the stipulated time window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


8 Risk & Title

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon handover to the courier/shipping partner at the time of dispatch. CNS Wellness is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the product has been handed over to the courier.

We strongly recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt and raise any issues within the reporting window mentioned above.


9 Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • If you wish to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, before it is dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
  • Prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

10 Packaging & Sustainability

At CNS Wellness, we are mindful of our environmental impact. We use packaging that is designed to be secure, tamper-evident, and where possible, eco-conscious.

  • All products are packed with adequate cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
  • Ayurvedic liquids, oils, and delicate items are double-sealed and bubble-wrapped for added protection.
  • We are continuously working toward reducing plastic usage and adopting sustainable packaging alternatives.

CNS Wellness reserves the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our website after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
