Ltd. is a physician-led Ayurvedic wellness company built on over 150 years of trusted healing heritage that began with Vaidya Sri Chatharu Nair in Mezhathur, Kerala. Rooted in the traditional Guru–Shishya system and carried forward through generations, this legacy evolved through dedicated Ayurvedic practice, authentic medicine preparation, and compassionate care. Today, CNS Wellness, founded in 2021 by Dr. Aswin Dev Nair and Dr. Arunima M, continues this tradition by bringing trusted Ayurvedic formulations to modern wellness needs.

Birth of Vaidya Sri Chatharu Nair

Marked the beginning of a respected Ayurvedic lineage rooted in Mezhathur, Kerala.

1893

Beginning of Ayurvedic Practice

Vaidya Sri Chatharu Nair began his healing practice, dedicating himself to classical Ayurvedic care and medicine preparation.

Guru–Shishya Tradition Continues

Vaidya Gangadharan Nair began studying Ayurveda under Vaidya Chatharu Nair through the traditional Gurukula system.
